The Factory Office Manager is responsible for creating a warm, responsive interaction between the facility and visitors. We are looking for a Office Manager/Receptionist/Administrative Assistant; this position will provide administrative support to the office. Duties include general clerical, receptionist and project based work. The ideal candidate must project a professional company image through in-person and telephone interaction.

Key Areas of Responsibility
  • Answer company telephone and transfer calls to appropriate staff members
  • Meet and greet clients and visitors
  • Sign for and distribute UPS/FedEx/Airborne packages
  • Create and modify documents and letters when needed using Microsoft Office
  • Distribute daily mail
  • Arrange car transportation for staff members and visitors
  • Coordinate messenger service upon request
  • Filing, making copies and assisting with the set-up of meetings
  • Ensures the main office, break room and conference room areas are clean and presentable
  • Manages facility contracts: cleaning services, etc.
  • Deal with queries from the public and clients
  • Organize meetings and maintain conference room schedule
  • Dealing with personal requests as they arise

Job Qualifications  
  • College degree preferred in the area of Communications, Marketing or Media, but not mandatory
  • 1-2 years experience
  • Disciplined, self-motivated person  who is hands on and takes “ownership” of their responsibilities
  • Pays attention to detail and is well organized
  • Comfortable interacting directly with clients in person and over the telephone
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and telephone protocol
  • Duties require professional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to type at a moderate speed level

  • Familiarity with 3D printing or MakerBot
